Re: Biometric authentication, we do support fingerprint scanners on Android and iOS devices. We also support U2F YubiKeys and authenticator apps for two-factor authentication. I’ll bring up your idea of expanding out biometric support.
That’s great. The YubiKey has the normal token issue – you have to have it with you – unlike my fingerprint which I rarely forget! BIO-key’s SideSwipe reader works with Windows & is well priced at $39.99 on Amazon, Jet, B&H and many other sites. Please keep us posted! I like the idea of having something more than just a password to protect my passwords!!!!
Worked fine for awhile now doesn’t work at all. Have removed it from my sign in.

My Dashlane works fine and is a godsend for an old man who forgets what day it is!
Not so much in this old man’s corner. I have worked with software on Mainframes, micro’s and mini’s since 1984. But never resulting in the unexplainable happenings I get out of Dashlane. I’m still with it because I’ve paid for Premium through the end of this year. And because it may be more of a pain to transition to another app. So I limp along with exceptions from day to day, somehow hoping it will get better. I’s a lead-pipe cinch that I won’t get any younger.

I forsome reason paid twice for the same account. I asked your company to refund the second charge for $39.95 when I discovered it. They have refused to refund me the second (double charge to the exact same email) because they told me that I had not discovered this issue in 30 days! What customer service! Not happy. Kindly refund the second charge from my credit card.

I love Dashlane. Your only sore spot is your list of supported apps. Why such a small and insignificant list?
We love you right back. 🙂 In terms of the supported apps, it’s up to the app’s developers to integrate Dashlane’s API into their product in order to auto-login and auto-fill. We’ve reached out to several apps ourselves, but we really rely on our users to express interests to the developers of their favorite apps. If Dashlane isn’t supported, make sure you send them an email asking for Dashlane autofill support! 🙂

I, too, have reached the age where it’s damned difficult to keep up with Security etc. we love Dashlane! It always works and doesn’t need a degree in IT to manage.
Well deserved Congrats to you guys ! I’ve been using Dashlane for some time now. Love it. Have told many friends about it as well. A handful of them use it now also. The rest of them remain too skeptical. I’ll have to pass this new info on to them to ally their fears. But, of course, like they said in Cool Hand Luke ‘some men you just can’t reach.’

Have used Dashlane for several years. It ended a lot of frustration in my life. Have never had a problem. Congratulations on the award!!!
